The public lifecycle keeps planning review separate from implementation assurance and distinguishes Test Implementer from Product Implementer under tdd. Optional review coverage assist is deterministic coverage information only: it creates neither defects nor a verdict.

The optional verification bridge builds an exact request and receipt around a candidate, claim, backend, stage, authority, expected result, and command or configuration. It does not install or invoke a backend. A caller supplies backend output; the bridge records observed, refuted, inconclusive, or error results without promoting a malformed claim, generated operation, stale receipt, or derived answer into gate evidence.

Installation commands, lifecycle claims, and host coverage should be read against the released version rather than a mutable branch. This protects the reader from treating a later development change as a 1.0.3 promise.
